Power drawings
Single-line diagram, feeder ratings and system arrangement.
Quality & verification
FTS aligns design, assembly, inspection and documentation to the agreed project scope, approved drawings and applicable customer requirements.
Quality approach
The most effective quality control begins while the panel is still a drawing and a bill of material.
Scope reviews help surface missing ratings, conflicting interfaces and unclear responsibility. During manufacturing, defined stage checks make it easier to correct issues before the panel reaches final inspection.
Exact inspection and test records depend on the panel type, customer specification and agreed quality plan.
SLD, load list, motor data, sequence, I/O, approved makes, installation conditions and deliverables.
Ratings, protection, busbars, component suitability, clearances, segregation, cable access and interface consistency.
Mechanical fitment, torque-controlled joints where applicable, wiring, ferrules, terminals, earthing and labeling.
Continuity, control logic, indication, interlocks, communication and simulated operation as defined in the scope.
Applicable drawings, BOM, test records and project-specific handover documents are closed before dispatch.
Certifications
This section is reserved for current certificates and approvals. No ISO, BIS or other certification is claimed until the document, scope and validity are confirmed.
Upload verified certificate copies, issuing body, certificate number, covered scope and validity dates before publication.
Typical document package

Single-line diagram, feeder ratings and system arrangement.
Control wiring, interlocks, field terminals and references.
Panel dimensions, section layout and component placement.
Approved makes, models, ratings and quantities.
Signal mapping and system-to-system interface definition.
Scope-based checks and customer-witness points when agreed.
Relevant protection or control settings where part of supply.
Final revisions reflecting approved manufacturing changes.
Share it at enquiry stage so witness points, records and documentation can be included in the scope.
